At 1106 Station 82, SCEMS medic 104 and DSP trooper 2 were alerted to the 2 vehicle MVC.  Captain Dylan Sharp arrived on scene to find 2 vehicles with 1 off the road in a field and 1 subject trapped.  Engine 82-5 arrived on scene with crews stabilizing the vehicle and extricating the subject.  2 patients were transported by ground.
