Camper Fire Danfield acres

At 0436 the Lewes Fire Department was dispatched to the vehicle FIre in Danfield Acres.   With 12 members staffing station 1, Rescue 82, Engine 82-5, 82-8, and A-82 responded soon after dispatch.  82-8 with Captain Sharp arrived on scene reporting a travel trailer fully involved in the side yard of the residence.  R-82 stretched a 300 ft attack line and Engine 82-5 deployed a 200ft CAFS line.  Crews made a quick knockdown on the fire while protecting the residence and additional exposures.  Tanker 82-4 arrived on scene for additional water supply and Engine 82-1 provided additional manpower.  All members did an excellent job in quickly controlling this fire and preventing further damage.
