Lewes units and SCEMS found a single vehicle off of the roadway on it's side with 1 subject outside and 1 subject still inside the vehicle. The vehicle was stabilized by the crew of Rescue 82, and the victim was assisted out of the vehicle. Both patients were transported by Lewes ambulances to Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.19 Lewes Members operated at the scene of the incident. Deputy Chief Gordon Davis was the Incident Commander.
