Lewes was dispatched to assist Station 89 and DSP Trooper 2 with a medical call in the anchorage on the ship Ocean Trader.  Lewes members borded the ship and assisted EMS already on board.  The patient refused treatment. Units Responding Marine 82 & 89 and DSP Trooper 2.
