On Thursday September 20, 2012, at approximately 1700 hours, The Lewes Fire Department attended Mayor Ford's Step Out for Health Bonfire.  Members from the Department set up a Fire Prevention table, along with Ladder 82 for display at that function. Free Blood Pressure screenings were provided by Beebe Medical Center  Staff and the Lewes Police Department put on a K-9 display.  At the conclusion, the bonfire was lite bringing the 2012 Step Out for Fitness to a close for the year. The evening was enjoyed by all who attended.
