First thing saturday morning Station 82 was dispatched on a crew call for an MVC. With 10 members staffing station 1, Engine 82-5, 82-8, and 2 ambulances responded with in minutes after dispatch. Engine 82-2 responded with additional volunteers shortly after. Units arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the roadway with heavy damage from a t-bone type collision with one subject trapped. 82-5's crew quickly stabilized the vehicle and extricated the patient who was turned over to the ambulance crew for treatment and transport.
