At 0908 Lewes 82 Medic Unit 104 & Trooper 2 were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle accident on John J Williams Hwy. Assistant Chief Virden arrived quickly on the scene reporting 1 fatality and 1 patient with minor injuries. Ambulance 82 transported the minor patient to BMC. The roadway was closed for over 2 hours while DSP investigated the cause of the accident.
