The Lewes FD gave our annual T. A. Shipley scholarship award at our July monthly meeting. Blair Schaeffer and Nicole Harmon were each given a $500 scholarship, this year in memory of Louis A Rickards. We also have a special scholarship for $1000 presented to a member of the department in memory of Steven R. Jones by his family. This years recipient was Josh Marshall.
