Chief Engineer Robert (Bob) Kreitzer and Julia (Jill) Hemphill were married on Saturday afternoon at the University of Delaware's Virden Center. The outdoor wedding was officiated by Chaplain Charlie Arnold. The couple will honeymoon in Daytona, Florida.
