Arrangements for 34-year Life member John Burton Sr. are as follows; A viewing will be held Friday, June 4th , from 730 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, June 5th , from 10 to 11 a.m., at Parsell’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes. The Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Services will be immediately followed by fireman’s procession to Lewes Fire Department, Station 1 for Fire Department Honors. Interment will immediately follow the FD Honors as processional will continue to St. George’s Chapel, 20274 Beaver Dam Rd, Harbeson, DE 19951. Other Fire Companies who wish to bring apparatus for the processional and Final Alarm are asked to only bring one apparatus due to traffic issues.
