Five points MVC

The Lewes Fire Department along with Delaware State Police's aviation unit Trooper 2 and Sussex County EMS units Medic 104 and EMS 100 were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at the Five Points Intersection for a reported vehicle on its side with possibly two patients trapped. The chief's car with deputy 82 went enroute to the scene. Engine 82-5 with Captain Sharp marked up within 2 minutes of dispatch as well. Upon arrival Deputy Chief Reynolds found all subjects out of the vehicle and confirmed no entrapment. Units on the run were 82-2, 82-5, Rescue82, B82, A82, Medic 104, EMS 100, Traffic Control 82, and Chief 82. The north bound lane of Coastal Highway was down to one lane for 20 minutes and units cleared the scene after minor debris cleanup.
