Members of the boat committee traveled to Moose Boats in Petaluma, California. While there they performed sea trials on three different boats, toured the factory, and visited a local attraction. The members were able to take a boat under the Golden Gate Bridge, and went from the San Francisco Bay to the Pacific Ocean. The members were in California for about 40 hours total, and spent about 10 hours in boats on the water.
