At 1330 hours, 82 & 104 were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle accident on Rt 24 West of Love Creek. 82-1 was first on scene and reported 2 vehicle head on collision, with 3 priority 1 patients, all trapped. Station 86 & 80 were called to the scene to assist with extrication and traffic control. Maryland trooper 4 transported 1 patient to PRMC. The other 2 transported to BMC on Medic A-82 & B-86. Route 24 was closed for 3 hours.
