Career Fire/Ems Employee

Jason was hired in January of 2001 by the late Lou Rickards as a Career EMS Employee, Jason has proudly served as an Employee for the last 19 years being 1 of the only 2 longest tenured Employees of the Department. Jason is a Past Fire Chief of the Harrington Volunteer Fire Department where his whole family has been involved in the Department for many years.

Jason worked alongside cousins Derrick, Robbie and Kenny who all worked for Lewes Fire Department before leaving to pursue different careers, all 4 men were assests to the Department during their time working at Lewes, as a Department we were thankful to have all 4 men work for the LFD and to still have Jason as an Employee we are still thankful that he stuck with us and we hope to have him for an even much longer time.
