An engine and crew consisting of Captain Chris Colpo, Engineer John Colpo, and firefighter Addison Hill-Bitner deployed with the Delaware Task Force of 12 other apparatus and 40 firefighters deployed to provide assistance in areas affected by hurricane Florence. The members traveled throughout the day Saturday arriving late in the evening at their assigned location Morehead City, NC. The crew will be responding to alarms, searching structures, and others duties as requested. The Lewes Fire Department is proud to of our crew and the Delaware Task Force. We will provide updates throughout their deployment.
