On Saturday, April 14, 2018, at approximately 11:15 AM, LFD was alerted to a fire in the woods behind Pilottown Village.  Arriving units found a large area of brush inside a wooded area involved in fire.  Crews worked the scene for approximately one hour before the fire was fully extinguished.  No injuries were reported, and no property was damaged.  Responding units included Engine 82-1; Brush units 82-0 and 82-10; Command 82-8; Ambulance B-82; and Fire Police.
