On Monday, February 26, 2018, at approximately 3:30 PM, Lewes fire & EMS units were dispatched to a vehicle fire in the area of Lewes Beach.  First arriving units found a van fully involved with fire.  The fire was brought under control in approximately 15 minutes, with the van being a total loss.  There were no injuries reported.  Responding units included Engines 82-1, 82-2, and 82-3; Rescue 82; Command 82-8; Ambulance E-82; and Lewes Fire Police.
