Monday November 14 @ 04:02 Lewes was dispatched to assist Rehoboth with a working house fire on Shady Ridge Drive, off Munchy Branch Road. 86 Command arrived on scene with Deputy Chief Blizzard advising a single story with fire showing from the Charlie side. 86-4 was the first engine on scene and stretched an 1 3/4 hose line into the front of the structure. Ladder 82 was second on scene and assisted with overhaul and ventilation. 82-2 crew also assisted with overhaul. Fire was contained to the rear of the house with very little extension to the interior. Good work by all involved.
