Another severe thunderstorm brings working alarm to - Bay Crossing

During a severe thunderstorm over the Lewes area around 2 pm Sunday afternoon, Lewes Fire Dept. along with mutual aid from Rehoboth Beach, Indian River, responded to a confirmed working structure fire in a townhouse in Bay Crossing Development north of Midway causing severe damage to roof and second floor of one unit. Milton, Bethany Beach, Georgetown, Millsboro, and Slaughter Beach also assisted with standbys.
