Serious MVA - Coastal Hwy. & John J. Williams Hwy.

At 2309 Friday Night,  Lewes FD responded to a reported serious MVA at Coastal Hwy. & John J. Williams Hwy.  LFD BLS unit B-82 was leaving another call in the area and was first on scene. Chief Buckaloo 82-15 was Duty Officer for the evening and arrived shortly thereafter.  He advised units of a six vehilce MVA with1 patient trapped. Engine 5 was first arriving fire unit and started extrication operations.  BLS unit C-82, Rescue 82, Engine 2, and Brush 0 also responded.  Lewes was also assisted by Rehoboth Beach VFD with one BLS unit, B-86.  3 BLS and 1 ALS patients were transported to BMC.
