On Sunday evening at 1803 hrs the Lewes Fire Department was alerted to assist Station 80 on a working structure fire.   Captain Aiden Gause arrived first on scene in 82-8 and established command untill the arrival of the first 80 unit.   Captain Gause reported a structure fully involved down a lane off beaver dam rd.  Engines 82-9, 82-3, 82-5 and Tanker 82-4 responded to assist our neighbors.  Lewes units assisted with water supply, fire suppression and overhaul.  Units operated for about 2 hours before returning to the first due area. Station 89 and Station 86 provided stand by coverage for our fire district and handled an automatic fire alarm while we were operating at this fire.
