Initial dispatch at 1543 for stations 86, 82, and 80 was for a working structure fire at Mid Atlantic Family Practice. 82-5 was the first arriving engine lying a supply line and placing the first handlines in service. Deputy 82 Gordon Davis assumed command and reported heavy fire through the roof and that operations would be defensive. The fire was upgraded to 3 alarms an placed under control at 1750. On firefigher was injured on scene and transportdto Beebe Healthcare with minor injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Delaware State Fire Marshal.
