On Tuesday October 23, 2012, The Sussex County Volunteer Firefighter's Association held its Thirteenth Annual Joint Installation at the Blades Volunteer Fire Company.  Lewes Fire Department member William H. Buckaloo went out as President of the Sussex County Volunteer Firefighters Association. William H. Buckaloo was then sworn in as Second Vice President of the Sussex County Fire Chief's Association. Lewes Fire Department Fire Police Captain Edward Schaeffer was sworn in as President of the Sussex County Fire Police Association. Lewes Fire Department Fire Police Bob Ruddick was sworn in as the Treasurer of the Sussex County Fire Police Association. Congratulations to all the 2012-2013 officers of the Sussex County Firefighters, Fire Chiefs, Fire Police, and Ambulance Associations.
