Irish Eyes deck fire

Thursday Feb. 23 Lewes along with Rehoboth, Milton and Medic 104 were dispatched for a structure fire at Irish Eyes. Assistant Chief Sharp arrived on scene first and reported nothing showing. 82-5 arried as the first due engine while command was doing a 360 of the structure. During the 360 command advised all units that there was smoke showing from the deck in the back of the building. Units pulled the decking apart and found a smoldering fire under the deck advancing into the decking. The fire was quickly extinguished and the assingment was reduced to Lewes units only.
