Units Discover Multiple Vehicles Fully Involved

On October 24th at 0124hrs the Lewes Fire Dept was alerted for a Vehicle Fire on Robinsonville road behind a residence. 82-8 with Captain Sharp along with Rescue 82 and 82-5 made an immediate response as many members were staffing the firehouse this evening. 82-8 arrived on scene to find 2 utility trucks well off with exposures to a shed, and large fuel tank 82-22 established the 82 command. 82-9 arrived on scene placing an inch and 3/4 hand line in service and contained the fire without further damage to the exposures, as the rescue company and 82-5 arrived on scene placing an additional hand line in service assisting in fire suppression. Units worked on scene for 10 minutes before command placed the incident under control.
